Yep, I tried every single one I could find on various different settings :(, My next thought would be to remove each mod, one by one and see if the interior lighting returns to normal.
COT is not good for interiors it darkens everything I would say use Enhanced Lights and FX or Realistic Lights Overhaul. Skyrim Radioactive Arcadia's Cauldron now included in main Enhanced Interior Radioactive.esp Skyrim Radioactive Warmaidens now included in main Enhanced Interiors Radioactive.esp Updated Edited IWil_UselessShopOverhaul.esp so it plays nicely with EIRv2 Edited Enhanced Interiors USAIO ELFX Patch.esp so it plays nicely with EIRv2 New plugin It also darkens the interior fog as in ELFX, the distance was slightly brighter than up close.
